TRAVEL ALERT! Department of Transportation will close both directions of the 520 bridge from Friday, Feb. 24 at 11 pm through Monday, February 27 at 5 am to set girders.

Here are the alternate routes from the North.

1. Travel south on I 5. South on I 405 (towards Renton). Travel approx 20 minutes. Exit 13B. Exit merges onto NE 8th St. Turn right on NE 8th St. Travel 6 1/2 blocks.
2. Travel east on I 90. Travel north on I 405. Exit 13 B, NE 8th St Follow NE 8th for 6 1/2 blocks

The Hyatt Regency is on the right on the corner of NE 8Th St and Bellevue Way

The Hyatt Regency

All Wintergrass block (special priced) rooms are gone at the Hyatt. There may still be some rooms available at the regular night rates, so please check Hyatt Regency Bellevue for availablility.

The Courtyard Marriott

The Courtyard Marriott may still have a limited number of rooms available. Not all options are available for all dates at the Wintergrass Rate, so try different options to see if rooms meeting those criteria are available. These rates will be gone soon!

Rooms at the Courtyard Marriott are $104 per night (plus tax). To book your room at The Courtyard Marriott, please go to the Courtyard Marriott Wintergrass Reservation Page. This rate was only available until Jan 26, 2012 but they may still be accepting reservations as of today (Feb 6, 2012).

The Westin

All Wintergrass block (special priced) rooms are gone at the Westin. There may still be some rooms available at the regular night rates, so please check Westin Bellevue for availablility.

If you do not find what you need at any of these hotels, we recommend you look at the map above to see where some other hotels in the area are. We've provided contact information for these hotels below. A cab ride from any hotel with a mile of Wintergrass is only about $5 (which is a lot less than day parking at the Hyatt).

Oversized Vehicle Parking

Oversized Vehicle Parking is available at the Diamond Parking Lot located at NE 10th at 106th directly across the street from the Hyatt. The cost for one space is $30 per day. Most Oversized Vehicles or RVs will require two spaces. These are not Camping spaces and you may not sleep in your vehicle in those lots. If you do so, you will be asked to leave. They are for parking your vehicle only and you cannot run any generators. Spaces must be reserved in advance by calling 425-462-4208 between 8am and 4pm. The office normally closes at 4pm on Thursdays and Fridays and is not open on the weekend. Credit card payments are not accepted. You must mail in payment prior to your arrival. Your permit will be mailed to you. Help keep these lots available for Wintergrass Oversized Vehicles and follow their rules please.

RV Camping Info

Airport Shuttle

We've struck up a nice relationship with Shuttle Express. They will be providing easy and economical transportation to and from the airport for festival guests.

How to Find Shuttle Express:
Once you get your luggage in Baggage Claim, cross a sky bridge and go to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Follow the Ground Transportation signs—our booth is in the center of the 3rd floor, between the orange and purple elevator banks (next to the airport's ground transportation office). Our coordinators will help you or you may use our 24-hour check-in by phone hotline.
