Room reservations for the Hyatt Regency in Bellevue are now being taken for Wintergrass 2014. In order to secure a reservation at the Wintergrass rate you must either be a Wintergrass 2013 Weekend pass holder. A three night minimum stay is required at the Hyatt along with the purchase of a Wintergrass ticket. The access code for ticket buyers will be included in the receipt you receive upon completing your ticket purchase. If tickets are purchased via the mail, the access code will be emailed to the purchaser.
The Courtyard Marriott

The Westin

Other Hotel Options
Bellevue has numerous other hotels nearby the Hyatt Regency. You can explore an extensive list at the Bellevue.com Hotels Page or at Expedia.com. The hotels listed are all fairly close to the Festival. Remember a cab ride from any hotel with a mile of Wintergrass is only about $5 (which is a lot less than day parking at the Hyatt!).
Airport Shuttle
We've struck up a nice relationship with Shuttle Express. They will be providing easy and economical transportation to and from the airport for festival guests.
How to Find Shuttle Express:
Once you get your luggage in Baggage Claim, cross a sky bridge and go to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Follow the Ground Transportation signs—our booth is in the center of the 3rd floor, between the orange and purple elevator banks (next to the airport's ground transportation office). Our coordinators will help you or you may use our 24-hour check-in by phone hotline.
